House of JD is an online marketplace in India where student designers sell what they make: fashion, footwear and jewellery. Every designer runs their own store on the site and prices their own work, and House of JD delivers it to you.

Student and graduate designers from any college or design school. The designer's name is on every listing, and the house reviews each piece before it goes on sale.

Many are. Most designers make in small numbers or to order, so a design may exist only a handful of times. The product page tells you whether a piece is in stock or made to order for you.

Each listing shows the sizes on offer and the measurements of the piece. TIESTA footwear is made to order in EU sizes 32 to 45. If you are between sizes, email info@houseofjd.in before ordering and we will check with the designer.

Online by card, UPI, netbanking or wallet through Razorpay, or Cash on Delivery anywhere in India. If you choose Cash on Delivery, we email you a six-digit code at checkout. Enter the code and place the order, and the designer starts on your piece.

Yes, free of charge, any time before dispatch. Email info@houseofjd.in with your order number. Once a made to order piece has been cut it can no longer be cancelled.

You get a tracking link by email the moment your parcel ships. You can also enter your order number and email on the Track Your Order page at any time.

Free on orders of ₹4,999 and above. ₹149 on orders below that. The charge is shown at checkout before you confirm.

Made to order pieces are dispatched 10 to 15 working days after the order is confirmed, and pieces ready to ship leave faster. The exact line is shown on each product page. Courier time is 2 to 7 working days on top.

Yes. Raise a request within 15 days of delivery, with the piece unworn and its tags on. For a change of mind you get an exchange or store credit rather than a cash refund. Store credit is valid for 12 months.

If the packaging is torn or wet when the courier hands it over, refuse the parcel and tell us the same day. If you find damage after opening, photograph the box and the piece and raise a request within 48 hours. For a faulty piece or the wrong piece, raise a request within 15 days of delivery. You get a replacement or the correct piece, or the full amount back to the account you paid from, and we cover the return shipping.

Fill in the Return and Exchange Request form on the Returns and Exchanges page with your order number. We reply by email with the next step, and the whole exchange or return closes within 30 days of delivery.

Yes, if you are studying at, or have graduated from, any college or design school. Register from the Become a Designer page. You get your own store, set your own prices, and your name stays on every piece.
